Most of us use our cell phones as a personal device in addition to business use. I am no different. I recently changed my ringback song after receiving two complaints (from vendors) even though I had recieved lots of compliments on the very same song.
I had decided to pick a ringback song that would have mass appeal – so I thought. My next choice was even worse, I got more complaints then ever, even my mother complained!
That’s when I realized that you sometimes should be content with pleasing the morjority. Sometimes worrying about the one or two percent can actually lead to changes that aren’t in your favor.
